Rev. Jon Beard	Mission Stratesist Director of Missions Jon has served the Olympic Baptist Association for the past six years as Mission Strategist and Director of Missions. He is an appointed missionary with the North American Mission Board of the Southern Baptist Convention. With the Olympic Baptist Association, his duties involve overseeing church planting, missions' ministries development, leadership development and church health.
Rev Butch Hall	Church Health Administrator Butch has served the OBA team for the past three years in the area of Church Health, helping pastors and churches reach their objectives and goals of ministry. He is an ordained pastor. Butch has most recently served in Pensacola, Florida where he worked in the area of Missions and Family Ministries.
Sue Jarrett	Office Administrator Sue has served the Olympic Baptist Association for the past 11 years as Office Administrator. She assists Jon, Mary, and Butch in "behind the scenes" administrative duties.
Mary Davis	Mission Service Corp. Mary is our Mission Service Corp. Missionary with the North American Mission Board. She serves in a dual roll:   Missions Consultant for the Olympic Baptist Association Jericho Coordinator for Northwest Baptist Convention. Mary has worked in associational work for 23 years in Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
